Forecasting electrical energy consumption is one of the important things. Using data from the past, the purpose of forecasting electrical energy consumption is to get an idea of how much electricity will be needed in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to do so in order to forecast the demand for electrical energy, especially in the province of South Sulawesi. This research was conducted to predict electrical energy sold during the 3 years of the Covid-19 pandemic and compare with calculations from PLN and BPS. This study used a simple linear regression method, and a simple linear correlation. With linear regression, it is found that the number of inhabitants has a positive influence on the amount of energy sold. With the T Test obtained RU_t= </em>18,326 <em>is greater than the limit value of t_cr= 3.182, then Ho = 0 is rejected. So there is a relationship between the increase in population and the consumption of electrical energy. In testing the quality of SF<sub>6</sub> gas, the parameters obtained are purity, dew point, moisture content and SO<sub>2</sub>. SF<sub>6 </sub>gas as an insulating medium in PMT150KV that is still effective with a high dielectric factor. So that when a short circuit occurs in PMT 150KV SF6 gas as an insulating medium can extinguish the electric arc rate, good quality is needed. In testing the quality of SF<sub>6</sub> gas, there is a product decompose or SO<sub>2</sub> on Duri Kosambi</em><em> substation</em><em> in phase R valued at 150 phase, phase S valued at 140 and phase T valued at 157 whose values exceed the standard limits of the Gas Insulated Substation (GIS) Maintenance Manual and IEC 60480 with a standard value of 12 ppmv.</em><em> This study aims to analyze the effect of short circuit interference and SO2 gas on SF<sub>6 </sub>gas quality at PMT 150KV. In GI Duri Kosambi, the value of short-circuit fault currents affecting SF<sub>6 </sub>gas and SO<sub>2</sub> gas affects the quality of SF<sub>6</sub> gas such as purity, dew point and moisture content. PLN (Persero) UP3 Garut https://jurnal.itpln.ac.id/sutet/article/view/1885 <p><em>Transformer efficiency is defined as the ratio of the incoming power to the outgoing electric power. Even so the ideal transformer has 100% efficiency, this ideal transformer does not exist, because the energy that goes out is always less than the energy that goes in, meaning that there is energy loss. Load imbalance in an electric power distribution system always occurs and the imbalance is in single-phase loads in low-voltage network subscribers. Due to the load imbalance, a current appears in the neutral of the transformer. Perform analysis and compare efficiency. Analysis of used load capacity is not efficient. Analysis of the results of current and voltage measurements at the substation to obtain efficiency, and transformer losses in day and night conditions using LWBP and WBP methods. In this study, observations were made regarding the transformer efficiency analysis using the Outside Peak Load Time (LWBP) and Peak Load Time (WBP) methods. The LWBP method is carried out during the day for 20 hours, while the WBP method is carried out at night for 4 hours, from 18.00 to 22.00. Then measurements were made at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Garut. For the highest percentage of loading which is close to the standard of 80%, namely the afternoon loading at the PDDK substation, which is 50.93%, the load used is 50.93 kVA. The night load at the CITL substation is 77.49%, the load used is 77.49 kVA. For the lowest percentage of loading that deviates from the standard 80%, namely the daytime loading at the SJRK substation, which is 16.32%, the load used is 16.32 kVA. The night load at the SJRK substation is 21.52%, the load used is 21.52 kVA. Based on observations, it is not efficient because the unused load is very large, it is recommended to use a smaller transformer capacity. The highest efficiency in the LWBP method is at the CITK substation 97.87%, the lowest at the PDDK substation 94.55%. Apart from being a vehicle, air balloons are also used for other needs such as watering agricultural land. The development of this watering tool still needs further research. So that a air balloon can fly and move up and down is greatly influenced by the size and size of the burning flame. The size of the combustion flame is determined by the opening of the tap on the gas cylinder. Therefore, the tap opening on the gas cylinder must be controlled remotely so that the movement of the air balloon can be controlled. The aim of this research is to create a combustion flame control for a hot balloon using a PS2 stick. The method used is that controlling the opening of the gas tap must be done remotely, so it requires radio frequency communication to give commands. From the results of the PS2 stick communication test and the connection was lost at a distance of 34 m. Trials were carried out by varying the sizes of 2 m, 4 m and 7 m balloons. Selain sebagai wahana, balon udara juga untuk kebutuhan lain seperti penyiraman pada lahan pertanian. Pengembangan alat penyiraman tersebut masih perlu penelitian lebih lanjut. Agar balon udara dapat terbang dan bergerak naik turun sangat dipengaruhi oleh besar dan kecil api pembakaran. Besar dan kecil api pembakaran ditentukan oleh bukaan keran pada tabung gas. Oleh karena itu, bukaan keran pada tabung gas harus bisa dikontrol secara jarak jauh agar gerak balon udara dapat dikendalikan. Tujuan dari penelian ini adalah membuat kontrol api pembakaran untuk balon udara menggunakan stick PS2. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kontrol bukaan keran gas harus dilakukan secara jarak jauh, sehingga memerlukan komunikasi radio frekuensi untuk memeberikan perintah. Dari hasil pengujian komunikasi stick ps2 dan kontroler koneksi terputus pada jarak 34 m. Conductor resistance that does not meet IEC 60228 standards can cause insulation to break and make cable life shorter. The test results found that VOKSEL type cables have an average value of sheath thickness of 0.90 mm, an average insulation thickness of 0.90 mm and conductor resistance of 4.92? / km, while HENGTONG type cables have an average value of sheath thickness of 0.94 mm, an average insulation thickness of 0.87 mm and a conductor resistance value of 3.20? / km, for APAR-UNICAB type cables have an average value of sheath thickness of 0.88 mm, The average insulation thickness is 0.85 mm and the conductor resistance value is 5.58 ?/km. From these tests, VOKSEL &amp;; HENGTONG type cables have met the standards of both EN 50618 standard tests for dimensions &amp;; IEC 60228 for conductor resistance.
