Abstract

Emergency response work is the actions and efforts taken to handle and respond to emergency or disaster situations quickly and effectively. The goal is to save lives, reduce damage, and restore normal conditions as quickly as possible. The Sunda Kelapa Rob Flood Management Project is an emergency response project where the implementation of repairs must be carried out quickly. Therefore, to achieve the best results in terms of time, cost, and quality, project optimization was carried out using the time-cost trade off method assisted by Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel project programs. Activities were searched on the critical trajectory and the defect duration, defect cost, and cost overrun were calculated. The results showed that the ideal cost and time could be achieved by finding the smallest project cost with the ideal duration. In addition, the ideal time can be achieved by implementing working hours into 2 shifts, which results in 10 days of work execution duration with a total cost after crashing of Rp. 8,998,780,029.
