A number of technical considerations must be made in the spillway design to avoid collapse, which could have an impact on the dam's overall performance. Manikin Dam's spillway is of the morning glory variety, which typically doubles as a spillway tunnel. Because failures might be caused by insufficient support systems or unfavorable geological conditions, tunnel excavation requires careful design. Using computer-assisted simulations, this study examines the stability of the spillway tunnel excavation while utilizing wire mesh, rock bolts, and shotcrete as tunnel support systems. The safety factor acquired at each stage of excavation is used to assess the stability of the tunnel. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pemanfaatan campuran aspal reject sebagai komponen utama dalam campuran aspal, dengan penambahan agregat alam dan aspal emulsi. Untuk menentukan karakteristik dari campuran aspal reject dilakukan pengujian ekstraksi sehingga diperoleh kadar aspal dan gradasi yang akan digunakan. Kadar aspal 6% dan 7% merupakan variasi kadar yang digunakan, dengan nilai KAO yang ditentukan sebesar 6,55%. Campuran aspal beton lapis AC-WC terdiri dari komposisi Aspal Reject (AR) dan Material Baru (MB) dengan variasi perbandingan 0% AR: 100% MB; 20% AR: 80% MB; 40% AR: 60% MB; 60% AR: 40% MB; 80% AR: 20% MB; dan 100% AR: 0% MB. The occurrence of congestion is due to the imbalance in the traffic network, namely the accumulation of vehicles leading to high traffic density on a certain road network, causing traffic flow to be blocked or even stopped. At the time of congestion, the saturation value on the road is greater than 0.75. This method is used to evaluate the Indonesian Road Management Manual (MKJI 1997) by observing the geometric conditions of the 6/2D main access road classification in the field, the traffic volume is monitored for 2 weeks on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday during peak hours. The capacity of Margonda Raya Street is 8351.64 pcu/h. EnglishThe traffic volume on Margonda Raya Road in the Jakarta-Depok direction was 2736.20 pcu/h and in the Depok-Jakarta direction was 3049.30 pcu/h. The best service level on Margonda Raya Road was on Sunday, May 26 (morning, Jakarta-Diepok) at 0.29 service level B, with stable traffic conditions. However, the trial operation was limited by traffic conditions. The objective of this study is to develop and implement an integrated risk management strategy, focusing on integration methods and conflict management, to improve the efficiency and sustainability of shopping mall construction projects. The research methods include project risk analysis stages, development of integrated risk management strategies, implementation of conflict management, and periodic evaluation and monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of the applied strategy and identify necessary improvements. Data were obtained from 80 respondents out of a population of 100, consisting of project managers, contractors, subcontractors, project owners, consultants, construction workers, and material suppliers through questionnaires and analyzed using factor analysis and Measures of Sampling Adequacy. The variables examined in this study consist of four main aspects: Risk Management (X1), Integration Methods (X2), Conflict Management (X3), and Overall Effectiveness (X4). The study results indicate that integrating risk management supported by open communication among stakeholders, integration methods facilitating team collaboration, and strategic conflict management significantly enhance project success.
