Manfaat Building Information Modeling (BIM) Dalam Sistem Teknologi Bangunan

Abstract
Building Information Modeling (BIM) has become a critical element in the evolution of
modern building technology systems. This research aims to explore the benefits provided by
BIM in the context of building technology systems. Through in-depth analysis of BIM
implementation, we identify improvements in the efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability of
construction systems. This study outlines the positive impact of BIM on the planning, design,
construction and operation of buildings. The results provide insights into how BIM can
enhance the quality and performance of building technology systems, paving the way for a
better understanding of its crucial role in the transformation of the construction industry. In
